Applying the successful Westown Residences formula to the Eastown Residences master-plan resulted in SODIC selling out the first seven phases of Eastown Residences in record time. Eastown Residences offers apartments and duplexes with varying options ranging from private gardens to rooftop terraces. Currently, contractors are on site and construction is proceeding on schedule.
